1. How
to send a return? |
|
You must complete
the steps outlined in the "Easy Return" form sent to you with
your order prior to returning any product to My Designer Brands.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new
unused condition with all tags and packaging. For complete
instructions on returning a product to My Designer Brands,
please read the
Easy Return section of our Help

2. When
will I receive my refund? |
|
Returns are
processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our location.
You should receive a confirmation email indicating that your
return was successfully processed. Your issuing bank will
credit your account within 3-5 business days of return
completion; however, depending on the policies of your issuing
bank, your credit may not been visible on your statements for up
to 30 days. |

3. Can I
exchange an item received from My Designer Brands? |
|
You can exchange
an item as long as the original purchase meets all of the return
criteria. However, we will not reship a product until we receive
the original item back for inspection. |

4 Can I return
an item for store credit?. |
|
An item may be
returned for store credit provided that all return guidelines
are met. |
|

4. Are
My Designer Brands gift certificates refundable? |
|
No. My Designer
Brands gift certificates are non-refundable. |
|

5. If I return
a gift, how is credit issued for the return? |
|
Provided that the
return meets our return guidelines, an My Designer Brands store
credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the purchase
price. If the recipient does not wish to receive store credit, a
refund will be issued to the original card holder for the
transaction. |

6. Is there a
restocking fee on any returned merchandise? |
|
If you return
your item within 1 week of receiving it at your doorstep, you
are eligible to waive a 10% return fee*.
That means that you may keep an item for up to 1 week
without having to pay the return fee.
Although, with this privilege, you are still responsible to meet
the other return conditions. |

7. Is there a
preferred method by which I should return an item to My Designer
Brands? |
|
Cut out the
pre-printed return-shipping label and affix to the package you
are returning with packing tape, and do not include any other
markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and
insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers
package tracking, such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal
Express to the address listed on the pre-printed label. |
