1. Do you take phone orders and online orders?

2. When will I receive an email confirmation for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within minutes of completing your order online or with one of our friendly staff members.
 
3. Which products on the web site are in stock?
All products on the web site in stock have a "usually ships same business day" icon to the left of the order button. If a product has a "not in stock" icon, then we do not have that item available for sale.
 
4. How often to you receive new products
My Designer Brands receives new products continuously. Our catalogs are constantly being updated with new products, but we may sell out very quickly. If you would like to be among the first to know when we receive new items or have sales, you may wish to consider signing up to our  Premium Membership Club.
 
5. Can I get a catalog of your product assortment sent to me?
You can only view the My Designer Brands product assortment online in our web store.
 
 5. When will my credit card be charged.
 Yahoo will automatically charge your card as soon as you hit the order confirmation button at check out.
