Returns:
My Designer Brands will gladly accept the return or
exchange of merchandise within 30 days of ship date in new unused condition with all
original tags still attached. Within 3- 5 business days of
receipt, My Designer Brands will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, and a 10% return fee.
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt
for an exchange or full refund. Returns received
after 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
That means that you may keep your item for up to 1
week without having to pay the return fee.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment. All
items are inspected when they are received at our
location . Refunds are made within 3-5 business days
of receipt via a reversal of your payment. A
tracking number and insurance is not mandatory but
highly encouraged as we will not be responsible for
a lost package.
Exchanges are also gladly accepted. We do not charge
any extra fees to exchange your item. Shipping is
free for exchanges. Your credit card on file will be
credited for the purchase price of the original item
and charged for the purchase price of the new item.
If your new item is no longer available, we will
issue a refund instead.
Return/ Exchange Conditions:
