Ordering has never been this easy before with our Yahoo shopping cart! Simply follow the instructions, filling the required fields with the necessary information. Shipping Methods and Rates

 UPS

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Our goal is to ensure the arrival of your order within about 2-3 business days at the lowest shipping cost available. We ship with UPS.

Packages are shipped by UPS Ground as a standard. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by UPS’s air service. Shipping only costs about $10 on average with UPS Ground, but please be aware that UPS Ground may take 5-7 business days - UPS 3 Day Select is highly recommended.

At check out simply select the service of preference for current rates and delivery time. We have a variety of shipping options available including UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Saturday delivery. Rates vary depending on the total weight of your item and shipping destination. 

After your order has been shipped you may track your package online. You will be emailed a link to view the order's updated status. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update. Tracking accessibility is just a click away with our new easy online link!


All orders are shipped within 1 business day from our establishment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

International Customers

 

We welcome our international customers to our web site and try to accommodate as much as possible in particular with low cost fast shipping. Most International customers are welcome to pay on our site with their credit cards. 

International customers also have a several choices in shipping carriers at check out. Exact quotes for every shipping service can be calculated at check out. Shipping cost is based on the weight of your item and will always be calculated at check out. Please do not choose any other shipping  services than these four as they are not valid options for international orders. Also, please be aware that sometimes orders are slowed down by customs procedures. Customs is entitled to hold the package at random until they feel that all requirements for importation are met.

We ship worldwide with USPS EMS and UPS (tracking number included). USPS delivery time is 4-6 days. Rates are listed below. 

For our Canadian customers, we have special low cost shipping rates for you from UPS Canadian Standard. Please see the second table below entitled " Canadian users are entitled to the same low rates that American users receive with UPS Ground!

For all other countries, you will have the following shipping choices at check out; USPS EMS, UPS International Standard ( 4-6 days), UPS International Expedited (3-5 days), and UPS Expedited Guaranteed ( next day)

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. They are of the highest quality. They are not seconds or defective. Although, you may always easily return your order. We want every customer to be a happy customer with every purchase. Please make all returns within 30 days of receiving the product(s) for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 10% return fee.

 

 

If you return your item within 1 week of receiving it at your doorstep, you are eligible to waive a 10% return fee*. That means that you may keep an item for up to 1 week without having to pay the return fee. Although, with this privilege, you are still responsible to meet all other return conditions.

 

Please complete the easy return form that was included in your package so that we may process your return quickly. There are easy instructions included on the form. Below is a detailed description of our return policy for your convenience.

 

Return Conditions:

 

In order for us to process a return, you must notify us in advance via email within 7 days of receipt at customercare@mydesignerbrands.com. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The item returned must be in new unused condition with all tags and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used.

 

If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached. If the item had a box, the box must be returned. If the item had tissue paper or tabs for support, please return it. If the item had a dust bag, please return it. If the item had a plastic bag, please return it etc. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. No exceptions to this rule will be made for whatever reason.  

 

Any item that is returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for and exchange/ refund under our policy. A tracking number and insurance is not mandatory but highly encouraged as we will not be responsible for a lost package.

 

All items are inspected when they are received at our location . Exchanges/ Refunds are made within 3-5 business days of receipt via a simple reversal of your payment. We do not refund return shipping and handling under this policy.

We want you to be happy as our customer, so we will always ask you why you felt it necessary to return the merchandise, and make it a better customer experience for you next time around.

My Designer Brands does everything in its power to protect your purchase by avoiding the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. We use two separate systems to ensure the safety of our customers. We use the CVV verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input the code on the back of their credit card. We also use the AVS verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input their billing address. Yahoo then verifies the personal information given at check with your credit card company.  Please not that all orders not meeting the CVV or AVS verifications will be delayed.

All billing addresses are verified electronically by the AVS system, and all alternate shipping addresses are verified manually. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must put this alternate address on file with his or her credit card company. We then call the credit card issuer to verify that the customer has indeed put the information on file.

My Designer Brands also uses Square Trade, the leading provider of Internet trust services used by e-commerce service providers to conduct trusted and secure electronic commerce over the Internet. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, My Designer Brands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect product information.

My Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should My Designer Brands become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, My Designer Brands will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests. My Designer Brands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled for an item out of stock, My Designer Brands shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
